An Emcee who has drawn comparisons to such hip-hop impresarios as Outkast, NAS and BIG L, FLIGHT27 struggled for the better part of the 1990s as a member of three groups, Skadda Brayne Odyssee, North Bridge Camp and Warheads. Getting his start at age ten writing rhymes for his younger brother to perform, the Oakland, CA, native also co-wrote music as teenager for many acts at that time to perform at talent shows. Always with an eye to move on to bigger things, FLIGHT 27 started producing music in 1994, eventually signing with Stealth entertainment, By 1995, He was invited to work on Stealth Entertainments own B.O.M and was taking under the tutelage of T-ROY and Bobby Ford which much red-tape pushed the albums release date back.

FLIGHT sought to release an album through Stealth but due to internal feuding, was overlooked and left the label in 1997. Another transitional period followed and FLIGHT ultimately found himself relocated to Colorado. It was in Colorado that his drive was re-invigorated, By Graphic Design School, where he met and started a record company with fellow classmate Chad Crall to release the now obscure album, Dirt Broke and Addicted. FLIGHT laid down tracks for several tracks for Colorado transplants Star Face from Brooklyn N.Y, his younger brother T.H.U.G and an artist from Revned Records fame Mindless. In 2000, Due to Financial hardships and stress he moved back to California where he began to distribute the album himself. After "finding out just how hard it was to do things independently he hung his MIC up until 2001. With his brother King Midus still in Denver and no Equipment he patiently waited for his brother to return to re-gain the local fame he had acquired from the delayed release in 1996.

With his brother returning in 2001, FLIGHT spent the next two years writing and formulating songs for local artists often singing hooks and producing out of several different Local studios to curb his appetite for producing and songwriting. In 2001 his brother finally returned and formed what is now known as the Multimedia Powerhouse Ideal Concepts America. Even though this was a multimedia firm, his brother longed for FLIGHT to revive his writing and producing career and purchased some much-needed Equipment to begin the recording trek. By 2003 FLIGHT had recorded over 200 songs, had become a mainstay at CAFÉ CITO in San Jose and put together a Self Entitled album. With Moderate Success during the albums release, FLIGHT was invited to score the Independent movie Origin, where he caught the Eye of Cinematographer Samuel Crane, who offered to adorn him with his first music video for his smash hit “Virus” which appeared on his second album FLIGHT RISK. The Emcee producer formed his own label F.L.I.G.H.T Multimedia in 2007 and is doing a joint venture with IDCA and Movement Corp to release the highly anticipated Black book of story telling. Recently he is working on projects with artists Iwo Jima, The Dime, Uptown suite and Balance for the release of the up and coming project The Good war. Several failures led to several small successes for him, which will be the foundation for a bright future in the Music Business.
